A herd of animals and wild paintings fill the gallery! Large-scale works by Randy Sturgis and finely crafted, found-object creations from Peter Koronakos have arrived. You can even pick up a scavenger hunt sheet and go on an art safari.
New Work is supported by the generous sponsorship from artist Sylvia White of Port Townsend.

Northwind Art presents eleven new Showcase Artists inside Jeanette Best Gallery at 701 Water Street, Port Townsend
This year-round exhibition features three cohorts of artists from around the region. The Round One artists include Louis Hurlbut, Thya Merz, Lynda Burgan, Corinne Humphrey, Roger Morris, Melinda Martinez Robinson, Linnie Hodge, Lacy Muhich, Lucia Enriquez, Thompson Holmes and Mindy Dwyer.

• Thya Merz of Port Townsend will give a demonstration of the encaustic technique at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 21
• Lacy Muhich of Seattle will give an artist talk at 3 p.m. Saturday, April 4
• Lucia Enriquez of Anacortes will demonstrate her digital printmaking process at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 12
Check this space for Showcase 2026 Round Two, bringing the next cohort of 12 artists into the gallery May 14 - September 7.
Showcase is a place for painters, fiber artists, photographers, sculptors, ceramicists and makers of mixed media art. The 2026 program jurors are Northwind Art curators Suzanne Lamon and Martha Worthley and artist-educator Anne Schneider.
