The Bunker
The Bunker is a free, volunteer-run program open to teens in 6th-12th grade. It is hosted by Northwind Art and a cast of local artists and craftspeople who share their talents and skill-building exercises with youth in our community.
There are two types of Bunker Sessions. Open Studios are self-guided and teens may work on whatever they like. Class sessions require participation from attendees and will be a taught by a guest artist.
If your teen is interested in attending the Bunker, please email Julie Read at (artbyjuileread@gmail.com) to pre-register. A parent permission slip is required for all participants. The form can be accessed and filled out here.
*This form only needs to be filled out once, thank you for filling it out prior to attending!
There are supplies and snacks available for teens, courtesy of PTArtscape and generous community members who have donated to make this program possible. If you would like to donate to the Bunker and a variety of other free youth art programming, please visit ptartscape.com and follow the link to make a donation! Thank you!
